WHO ARE WE?
We make choosing a career fun, through playing our game, Nudge.
This journey started in 2011 already…
What you are seeing here is not just a game, or a deck of cards, but rather a journey of a dream for our children to be more equipped and informed to steer their future.

DALE SIMONS
He holds a NDip in Mechanical Engineering from the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and completed a project management course at AECI Engineering. Dale has also completed the 12-month Executive Development Programme of the University of Stellenbosch Business School. In 2003, he became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate. His knowledge and experience in ICT solutions for educational and public benefit organisations combined with his desire to bring about change and transformation in society are the driving forces behind his commitment to prepare the youth for the 4th Industrial Revolution.
LIZÉ BOTHA CORNELISSEN
During her work in business and within private practice, Lize experienced the gap in terms of career counselling based on accessibility of services to a large part of the South African population. Alongside this, the criticism, hopelessness and judgement that people experience when they cannot make informed career decisions, contributed to her wanting to play a role in the development of a career tool. Lize believes that career management is a lifelong process and that more information can be distributed in a less costly manner. Career counselling should be within most households, schools and also continued through each person’s life. By means of this greater work satisfaction can be derived, contributing to overall wellness and health. In essence this will also add value to growing innovation and resourcefulness amongst youth and the workforce.
